This month we proudly honour two outstanding team members - Dave Jones and Gary Lofts, who have each reached an incredible milestone: 40 years of service as Machine Setter Operators at Pailton Engineering Limited. 

For four decades, Dave and Gary have been at the heart of our manufacturing excellence. Their skill, dedication, and consistency have helped drive our success and set the standard for generations to come. They've not only shaped components, they've shaped our culture.
