Our story began in 1969 when our founder, Theodore Nollett, started the business at his home in Pailton, a small village outside Coventry, England.
From these humble beginnings, the company has grown into a highly valued and well-respected supplier to the commercial vehicle sector in several countries.

We take pride in being a family-owned business, still rooted in Coventry, though we've come a long way from Theodore's house and now operate from a 90,000 sq ft facility.
Over the years, we've expanded our reach, with a significant portion of our production now being exported — nearly half of which serves customers in the USA and Canada.
Recognizing the importance of our North American market, we established Pailton Inc. in 1999, making us not just a British company but an American one too.
With a distribution warehouse in Bensenville, IL, we're able to provide our U.S. and Canadian customers with quick access to our products and short lead times.
Our commitment to our American customers is further strengthened by regular site visits from our sales and engineering teams, ensuring we meet your needs with the same dedication and care that has defined our company from the beginning.

Nick joined us in 2002 with a mechanical engineering degree from Coventry University. As Head of Engineering and Quality, he leads the company's product design team to ensure all steering part designs are fit for purpose. He continues to lead several new product development projects, which have given OEMs new design options for their cutting-edge vehicles.

Suraj is no stranger to a challenging design project and understands the needs of OEMs and the ever-developing technological landscape.
